Master Oasis – part 2

Earlier, we featured the washroom segment of this master quarters project (see Master Oasis – part 1). As the original closets were removed to make way for a larger washroom, some space was taken from the bedroom to create a sizable closet. The piece tying everything together? A custom peninsula acting as an implied corridor into this luxurious space. Worked out well.

Features:

  • 84” birch peninsula produced by Bloomsbury Fine Cabinetry; painted in Farrow & Ball manor house gray, complete with soft close drawers & cupboard doors
  • Custom 2-panel shaker closet doors finished with bed mould trim hung on KN Crowder industrial sliding door kit, complete with Catch ‘N’ Close (soft close). Painted in Farrow & Ball cornflower blue to match the washroom cabinetry.
  • Trim installed includes door and window casing/backband, baseboard & shoe mould
  • ¾” Perverco oak flooring with flush mount floor grills
  • Pendant lighting and switched outlets controlled via multiple switch locations for convenient on/off operation
  • Black Kichler Sola ceiling fan, switched separately
